About GYTO's Schoolhouse
Introducing the GYTO Schoolhouse, a track intentionally designed to provide an aligned learning and planning experience for schools or districts bringing a large number of teachers to GYTO. This unique collaborative leader and teacher track will focus on fostering school-wide growth and alignment by implementing best instructional practices through high-level professional development and guided instructional planning workshops for your school! This experience is intentionally designed for leaders and their teachers to attend together for an aligned conference experience.

Session topics include:

  • Research driven and evidence-based instructional strategies and innovative teaching methods for school-wide growth
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within schools.
  • Strategies for systemic improvement and building cohesive, effective school environments.
  • Aligned Instructional Planning Workshops with GYTO Team

This unique track will include guided planning workshops throughout your conference experience for aligned work and planning across grade levels at your school. These will include:

  • Workshops designed to facilitate guided instructional planning across grade levels.
  • Collaborative planning sessions to ensure coherence and consistency in instructional practices.
  • Techniques for vertical alignment of curriculum to ensure smooth transitions between grade levels and strategies for differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs.
