# I logged into my account, but don't see my resources.

This occurs when you are logged into a different account than the one used to make your individual resource purchase or Library Membership. 

Ensure you are using the same email address used when you checked out. Please look for your email confirmation and use the email address the confirmation was sent to.

Below are some common mistakes:

- You're logging in with your school email address, but inadvertently checked out with your personal email address as it was automatically populated from previous GYTO Collective purchaes.
- You're inadvertently logging in using a personal email address, but made the purchase or signed up with a school email address.
- You inadvertently checked out using Shop Pay. Login using Shop Pay instead of an email address.
