# How does GYTO select presenters?

All GYTO presenters are selected based on the needs of the specific conference. Prospective presenters are encouraged to submit their sessions following the details in the [Presenter Submission Guide](https://issuu.com/getyourteachon/docs/gyto_call_for_proposals_-_session_submission_guide). This includes submitting their biography, desired topic, related framework, research citations, standards (if applicable), key takeaways, evidence proving efficacy of their strategies, and more. The GYTO Content Team thoroughly reviews all proposals as a committee and selects presenters and sessions which will be most beneficial for our attendees. A prospective presenter’s social media following is not taken into consideration during the selection process.
