Why do I still see a price on member products?
I'm a Library Member and products do not appear as free. Help!
Prices will be shown on all products until you add them to your shopping cart. The individual product page will display "Members Download Free" and the item will be free once added to your cart.
If member products are showing a price in your cart, you're likely not logged in or logged into a different email address than the one used to purchase your membership. Log out, sign back in with the correct email address, and refresh the page.
