# General Membership Troubleshooting

**Before reaching out to us:**

- Confirm you're logged in with the correct email address. *90% of problems access a membership and free resource downloads are caused by not logging in with the correct email address.*
- Refresh the page or log out and back in.
- If you entered your email address and did not receive the one-time access code, check your spam/junk folder.
- Allow up to 15–30 minutes after purchase for access to update.
- Items will display a price on the website, but will be free in your shopping cart. You should also see a message that says "Members Download Free."
- Still having trouble? Email **orders@getyourteachon.com** with the email address used to purchase your membership.
